Dr. Nancy Hopkins develops the vapors
Dr. Nancy Hopkins, an MIT BIOLOGY professor, nearly fainted when a colleague suggested that biological differences between the sexes might have an impact on career paths. This was simply too much for the dainty MIT biology professor. She had to immediately remove herself from the proceedings and get some fresh air.
The good professor of biology declared afterwards that,"When he (Harvard University's President Lawrence Summers) started talking about innate differences in aptitude between men and women, I just couldn't breathe because this kind of bias makes me physically ill.".
Frankly, Nancy, I don't give a damn.
