She's Baaahhhhck....

Cynthia McKinney, D-Ga., speaking to the Durham Committee on the Affairs of Black People, allegedly one of Durham's most influential political groups, drew the biggest ovation for saying, "the corporate media and Uncle Toms" do not truly represent black Americans' plight.

Hmmmm... Uncle Toms... Who could she be referring to? It would be someone OUTSIDE corporate media, someone of color... Jesse Jackson? No, he's corporate. Probably someone not of her political persuasion... That limits us to considering all rational black Americans, and eliminates the Congressional Black Caucus.

Lets see, who are her opposition's public black figures... Condi Rice, Colin Powell, Niger Innes, Alan Keyes, Ken Hamblin, Walter Williams, Armstrong Williams.

Yeah, that's them all right. Uncle Toms, every one.

CAIR doesn't care for Lt. Gen. Mattis

The Council on American-Islamic Relations recently called on the Pentagon to discipline Marine Lt. Gen. Mattis . "We do not need generals who treat the grim business of war as a sporting event," said CAIR Executive Director Nihad Awad. "These disturbing remarks are indicative of an apparent indifference to the value of human life."

Glad to see they have taken a position on the value of human life. Too bad it's in opposition to one of our most fearsome warriors, who was quoted as saying its fun to shoot the kind of scum that would beat up a woman for 5 years over not covering her face.

Now if only we could get our friends at CAIR to actually call on Muslim leaders to stop the kidnap, torture and murder of innocent civilians by people who share their lovely "peaceful" religion.
